TESTIMONIALS
After searching for suitable living arrangements for my mother, 87, I was fortunate enough to find San Pasqual Villa. The Villa became her home, and wonderful place for her to live comfortably with caregivers who treated her with respect and affection. I never worried about her care and comfort. The ambience of the home is exactly what you would want for yourself or your parent. The residence is beautiful, well kept, very clean, wonderful food prepared by the staff. A doctor visits on site, which was much easier than transporting my mother to a doctor’s office. The staff coordinated with the visiting doctor to ensure that any new medications or other protocols were properly followed. Although it is easy to be influenced by the lovely decor and warmth of the home, it’s the extraordinary caregivers that ultimately make this place special. Without exception, everyone who works in the home is thoughtful, careful, respectful and patient. They made every effort to accommodate requests from me or from my mother, making us both feel special. Thanks to Michael and Chris, who created this amazing facility and selected the staff so carefully.
- Kathleen Winer,We appreciate everything you did for Mom! From the new pink bedspread set to the farewell prayer. From Seven Layer Chocolate birthday cakes, to all the administrative duties and details at the end. Finding an open room at the Villa was an answer to prayer, right when we needed it most. Your staff is second to none, and you all became like a special part of our family. And you know that Richard will continue to recommend you to his patients.
- Richard, Christie, May and Nick, Brian and Anne and all the grandchildren and great grandchildren, Family of Dorothy ``Dodo`` Bundy Cheney, Tennis Hall of FamerI want to send a heartfelt thanks for all you have done and continue to do since day one, to work with and help me in accommodating my father Jerry at the San Pasqual Villa. Most importantly, you’ve helped me continue to honor the commitment I made to my dad to always take the best possible care for him that I could. I appreciate the passion that you shared to help others that were in the same kind of place both you had faced with your own parents. It was so meaningful to me that you genuinely seemed to understand and care about both me and my dad.
- Marci Lawson,You gave me the priceless gift of allowing me to let go of being a nurse, caregiver and again step into the role of being John’s wife. You gave me peace of mind knowing that John was well cared for so I could rest well and return with fresh energy. You were my support team when I needed one the most.”
- Deahn Johnson,We thank you for all the love and care that went into the creation of the Villa. It seamlessly transfers to its ongoing life. This place was sent to our family from God by his hands and feet here on Earth. We’ll never be able to thank you enough.
- Helen, Fred and the Hammill FamilyWe started looking for compassionate care for Lois outside of our home. After a tedious search, we felt fortunate to have found San Pasqual Villa in Escondido, a Christian-based residential care facility. My wife and I have the highest regard for the owners and staff of the Villa. For the last five months of Lois’ life, they provided love and care for her that we could not have hoped to find anywhere else. San Pasqual was our home away from home during this difficult time and we thank the Lord for providing love and compassion in our time of need.

- Chris,You all truly were in the process of Grammy’s life and death together with us. You loved her like family and cared for her in such a special and compassionate way always. - Julie and John,Grandpa Jim was in good hands, he got star treatment complete with his daily treats and attention.
- The Vine family,Words seem inadequate to express my gratitude for the countless ways that the two of you and the entire Villa staff provided my mother with a loving and nurturing home the last two years of her life. Within days of her arrival at the Villa, our concern with her ability to adjust to living in a family environment after having lived happily alone in Connecticut for 33 years vanished. I was so relieved to see how you all took immediate responsibility for her extensive medical chart, dietary and hygienic needs. In short order, her voice could be heard; shouting, swearing, laughing hysterically and ordering everyone around and speaking her mind about anything and anyone. But it was her keen wit, humor, talkative nature and kindness that endeared her to you all, as evidenced by all the stories you shared and that I observed firsthand.
- Marc Caproni,We praise God for bringing you into our lives. All of you are God’s chosen Angels. Thank you for your loving kindness to our mom. We rejoice in our new family.

We are saddened by her passing, but are thankful for the exceptional support you gave her and the family. It meant so much to have her in a loving, compassionate home.
